The AC side is powered by 220V/380V AC, with an externally mounted residual current protection device that requires Type A protection to ensure personal safety. This device also needs reverse-wiring residual current protection. The V2G DC bidirectional charging system requires DC contactors to meet an electrical life of 1000 cycles at a maximum DC1000V and be non-polarized. The contactors are prone to contact burnout.
