The following guide explains how we work with you from product selection to delivery, including shipping options, trade terms, warranty and after-sales support.

Purchase Process
  1. Product Selection: Find the desired product, model, or series on the website and contact our sales personnel to confirm requirements and compatibility.
  2. Terms Confirmation: Confirm the payment method and trade terms with the Order Assistant.
  3. Invoice Issuance: The Order Assistant will issue a Proforma/Commercial Invoice.
  4. Payment: The customer completes payment based on the Proforma/Commercial Invoice.
  5. Production Initiation: After payment is received, the order officially enters production.
  6. Production Completion Notification: Once product manufacturing is complete, the sales representative or Order Assistant will notify the customer of the updated status.
  7. Shipping Arrangement: Contact the customer's designated carrier or our company's contracted freight forwarder to book sea or air freight space and arrange for the goods to be moved to the carrier's warehouse.
  8. Export Formalities: Our company's export documentation department handles all export procedures for the goods.
  9. Cargo Delivery: After the goods are shipped and arrive at the destination, the customer is contacted to complete the delivery process.
  10. Real-time Order Tracking: Customers can track the entire order status in real time through our company's system.

Shipping Methods

Effective: air freight, sea freight, rail transport, road transport, express delivery, or combinations of multiple transport methods.

Carrier Selection

Customers can choose to use their own freight forwarder or opt for our company's long-term cooperative freight forwarder for shipment. We will prioritize the method most convenient and economical for the customer.

Trade Terms

Supported trade terms: EXW, FOB, FCA, CFR, CIF, DDU, DAP.

Warranty Policy

We provide a quality warranty of at least 18 months for all products manufactured or sold by our company.

For products with quality issues within the warranty period:

  • Easy-to-operate products or components: We will send replacement parts for the customer to install themselves.
  • Complex products or components: We will arrange for an engineer to conduct on-site repairs, or ship a new product free of charge for replacement.

Disposal of Replaced Items: In principle, the customer is responsible for the environmentally safe disposal of replaced parts or products. If our company requests their return, the associated shipping costs will be borne by us.

Return and Replacement Policy

If goods have any quality issues while don't depart port in China and before customs clearance is completed, we provide free return and replacement services.

If the goods have already departed China, we will ship new products free of charge to replace the defective ones. Associated shipping costs and import duties will be borne by our company.
