Pain Points in the Application Scenario

The driver’s console is the core control and human-machine interaction unit of the train, responsible for issuing driving commands, status indication, safety interlock, and fault feedback. It mainly includes control buttons, indicator lights, mode selection switches, and safety control components. During long-term operation, the console is exposed to sustained vibration, which easily causes contact bounce, poor contact, button spring fatigue, and indicator flickering. Meanwhile, drastic changes in ambient light reduce the visibility of traditional indicators, affecting the driver’s rapid judgment and safe operation.
